I am the rare Lake Tahoe/Truckee native. Growing up in this area has given me a vast wealth of local knowledge and insight which guides my real estate practice. My mother Darleen was a local Realtor in Tahoe/Truckee for over 35 years, and my father, Ken, was a builder of custom homes for over 30 years. A true “dream team,” my parents worked together drawing floorpans and designing interiors for both speculation and contracts. Today they own and manage properties from Montana to New Zealand! At a young age, I was immersed in the buying and selling of homes, and knew one day I wanted to follow my parents’ footsteps.

After learning to ski at 18 months on our driveway, there was no turning back! A passionate skier, I earned a place on the Squaw Valley Ski Team, and later received a scholarship to Montana State University. I also competed on the World Tour Extreme Skiing Circuit through the International Freeskiers Association and at one time ranked #1 in the country. I graduated in 2003 with a bachelors degree in Business Marketing. Whenever I get a chance, I am exploring trails, riding my mountain bike, and enjoying the outdoors.

After becoming licensed in 2009, I partnered with my mother/mentor at Dickson Realty in Truckee. In 2013, I joined forces with the Oliver Luxury Real Estate. Today I am an independent agent operating out of Engel & Volkers Luxury Real Estate serving Truckee & Lake Tahoe. Driven by both data and an uncanny sense of what my clients are looking for, I specialize in matching properties to the right clients. I take immense pride in helping my clients attain major milestones in their lives – matching a family with their first home or vacation property is an unforgettable experience and I have built lasting relationships with my clients, who I now call my friends.

“I feel that being able to pursue my dream in a professional capacity while staying rooted in Lake Tahoe is an amazing blessing!” -Jenna
